TechAim Information Technologies interview questions

There are total 2 rounds. 1st is the technical round where they ask questions about your project, basic salesforce concepts then a few scenario-based questions. But what disapponts me is, in the 2nc round, their CTO told me I have cleared the round but they can only give me offer if I join immediately. At the beginning only I told them I have 60days of notice period still they schedules my interview. And shockingly he told me to stop going to my current organization and don;t ask them for experience letter. Later when I said this is very unprofessional he asked me to put down my papers and work for both organizations.
