From the initial recruiter the story went very well, to the company PM, again very well, to the client technical manager very well, and onto the client final review, very well.

Overall, I applied, and in a couple of weeks I had an interview question. The interview had two stages, one with a single recruiter, and then again with a subject matter expert. The interview process was quick, and easy. And I got a contingent job offer.After I accepted, there was very little communication. The downside is there was very little communication after the interview, and the offer. I accepted and we were waiting on the contract to be awarded. But I would reach out about once a week to check for updates on the contract. I stopped checking, and they never sent any followup emails. It has been over a month now.
