The interview process ended up taking a lot of time. I was given three tasks — two full CRUD apps and a third one that involved adding a feature to their existing product. All of this stretched over a week, which felt excessive. On top of that, they didn’t mention the salary until the very end, and it turned out to be way below industry standards for the role — just 1.44 to 1.8 LPA. Overall, it felt like a poor use of time with little transparency.
The interview process typically involves application submission, initial screening, interviews phone,in−person, orvirtual, assessments, reference checks, and final decision-making, culminating in an offer or rejection notification , ant overall was easy.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Technobits Digital (Vadodara) in Sept 2023
Interview
It was an average interview and the least communication. Questions were basic. HR didn't respond even after many weeks. The company was small overall. But not recommended because of the irresponsible management
