Interview
Fairly straight forward and simple had 3 different interviews one HR/ personality fit, one slightly more technical, one on site technical with the company I would be contracted out to as part of tech partners.
Create a donut shop based on X requirements with an angular front end, C# backend, and ms sql data base in two hours. (They watched me write it on a pc in a conference room and asked questions while I was working on it).
