Techpearl Software Associate Software Engineer interview questions

I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Techpearl. Despite being selected for a software engineer role, the interview process was disorganized and exhausting. I had to travel two hours each way multiple times for in-office rounds, only to find out many were done online anyway. After each round, I was left waiting for updates for weeks. It took a whole month of delays just to be rejected—only because I was sick one day and couldn’t attend an interview. On top of that, the co-founder displayed serious ego issues and a lack of empathy, making me wait endlessly without any respect for my time. I would strongly advise against joining this company—avoid Techpearl at all costs.
