Behaviour based questions, some areas are better prepared with questions than others, have to go through usually 3 rounds of interviews, interviews are conducted offshore first. Offshore screening process was poor with literacy skills and follow ups as stated not up to standard.

Initial phone call with HR then interview. Quite a few questions however I was disappointed with the follow up, for I did not get offered the position. I was left a phone message regarding my unsuccessful application and was advised that I could call back for feedback. After many returned calls I did not receive a call back regarding my application.
My advise is when you offer feedback as part of you process I suggest you return the applicants phone calls.
