Tenby Schools interview questions

I was interviewed by the Early Year Leader and Head of Primary. The Head of Primary was friendly and conducted the interview professionally. The early Years Leader was quite intimidating.

It wasn't that hard. On the first interview, they already confirmed that they want me. Maybe because they could not find anyone else. And after I worked, they're actually desperate to find a replacement. People are leaving, and those who left you would know some of them are buttlickers and some even too scared to leave because they get too comfortable.
