I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tenex Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
To summarize my experience I’ll say 2 words: unprofessional and clickbait.
Their techniques for recruiting personnel are subpar and completely unethical. I was told by a hiring manager that I wasn’t obedient and they only hired people that didn’t think the world revolves around them.
All after I asked for a briefing on the job before proceeding with an interview. Who interviews for a position before even knowing what the job entails?
Completely unacceptable. I was contacted by Micheal who directed me to Paul D., a supposed hiring manager who proceeded to tell me the salary for the job but that they wouldn't hire me because I basically questioned their methods. Laughable but not really funny at all.
These people need to be supervised by an actual HR company.

Question 1
Didn’t even get to that point. I was asked to join a briefing/interview even before knowing anything about the job. I was contacted via text since my resume is uploaded on job sites.
