Worst hiring process ever!!! I applied for this position online after being referred by one of the Managers at Teradata. After 2 months or so, I got a call and this time they have scheduled for series of interviews including a face to face. Not soon after I got a call from the recruiter letting me that they wanted to move forward.After this started the real pain. HR called me to discuss the offer and after a couple of conversations back and forth, we both agreed on some number and then we talked about the joining date. He said he will get back after he confirms it from the hiring manager and would never return. He always replied my follow up emails that he would call me next day or so, each time assuring me they really wants to move forward with me but took forever to return.This continued for 3 weeks or so. Out of the blue he called me again but this time he sounded like he forgot where we left the conversation last To my surprise he took the conversation all the way back to negotiating the numbers.I was fed up and asked him to check back his notes and call me if he is really interested. He is once again gone forever. This whole process took unbelievably 4 month and just felt like a waste of time.
