Tell me about a time you have helped a customer, colleague, or friend who was unhappy.
Easy completed over the phone Simple and straight forward .Knew what they wanted ,friendly service . Safe and specific questions to test your skills and abilities We'll ask you things around your previous experience and talk to you about the role in a bit more detail. Generally, a telephone interview will take about half an hour, but this is also a good time to ask any questions you have too. We'll let you know the next steps after the call.

Apply online. Received a phone call to offer me an interview. Ended up doing the interview on the phone there and then and had the job in 10 minutes. Was good how swiftly they acted, and knew what they wanted in someone.
