Applied online, had phone call to schedule interview (no questions yet). Easy in person interview, few questions. mostly tell me about a time when you did _. Would apply again

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you worked as part of a team
Quite unorganised. They didn't seem to care when interviewing me. Couldn't find the person who was supposed to interview me. It seemed like they had already made their mind up before it even started.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Bishops Cleeve, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
The person who was meant to interview me at 10am was made to work until 5am the previous night so the interview had to be rescheduled to later in the day after I made it to the store.

Questions consisted of typical personality or mindset questions such as "How have you worked with someone you disagreed with?"
It was a straightforward interview, I was asked about previous customer service experience and also wanted to know my availability as it was a seasonal role over the busy Christmas period.
