Apply online , interviewed in person , the job was at Atherstone ,travelled from Hinckley to Coventry for the interview ! Asked if I had extensive latter art experience - even though my CV says I only have two months barista experience. Most train station coffee shops are grab and go ? Not artisan style I mean it's a Tesco not the Ritz and in addition asked if I could drive I said no I also hadn't said I could drive on my CV - it's very frustrating when companies do this - if you want a driver and someone close to the job and have specific experience they should state that on the job ads as it wastes candidates time

There was no real interview process for this role, the process was straight to a trial shift and I was then offered employment. The team was very welcoming and helpful within this.
