Interview
1. Online application. Short online situation/scenario assessment.
2. Someone called to book me an appointment a few days later
3. At the interview I got asked a few quick fire question from a bunch of store managers. Seemed like a free for all. Then a manager interviewed me along with a trainee manager even though he wasn't the manager of the store I applied for originally. The questions were relatively hard for a tesco job in my opinion.
4. Manager called me the next day to a arrange an hour trial shift.
5. Went to a 2 day induction. 4-6hrs each day. Trainer covered all aspects of working at tesco, from customer service to legal and health and safety.

Interview
It was a face to face interview with many behavioural based questions that asked about my experiences, problem solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability, and how I handle challenging situations in working environments.
