Interview
Usual retail customer service style interview about customer service, teamwork etc. Prepare beforehand and give examples of everything and you'll be fine. There may be a work sample where they take you on the shop floor for 30 mins and you work some basic tasks with a current colleague. Good luck

It was a face to face interview with many behavioural based questions that asked about my experiences, problem solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability, and how I handle challenging situations in working environments.
