I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tesco
Interview
CV and a series of questions that are mostly competency based, i.e. name a time when you worked in a team / someone questioned what you did.
There was then a series of numerical and verbal reasoning questions.
Situational judgement questions based on what you would do whilst working at Tesco -e.g. if a member of your team wasn't pulling their weight

Question 1
Describe a time you learned from a mistake. What mistake? How did you deal with it? What would you do differently next time?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview consisted of 10 questions . It uses an app to screen through your interview so make sure you smile, use keywords eg. proactive, leadership, etc. I messed up the last few questions because I wasn't prepared for them, they really put you on the spot so be prepared for anything.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tesco (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
3 month process. Usual stages of: Application form > online tests > video interview > assessment centre/discovery centre.
The process was fine, the video interview was quite lengthy. 10 questions in all, 5 competency and 5 about you and your motivations for the role. There is a time length on each question which some preparation time.
I had received an email saying that I had failed the video interview for the Customer Graduate Scheme, however, 3 days later I received an email saying that I had passed the video interview for the Marketing Graduate scheme and would be through to the discovery centre. Then after a month of a half of waiting, they informed me that after reviewing my application again, I would not be going through to the discovery centre. I was hugely dissapointed because I felt I had been messed around multiple times.
I emailed the careers team for some feedback and told them about this situation. However, I would receive same reply for over and over again without actually answering my initial question. Poor from Tesco.
