Interview
There was a short video and a speech and then some fairly basic interview questions in a group setting. Nothing too stressful or difficult. It lasted around an hour in total.
All good, quick and smooth, some typical questions, nothing really demanding. Been selected to attend second interview, and then offered job but not satisfied with salary so not accepted it.

Interview
Had an initial interview with one of the management staff, and afterwards had a trial shift the next day. The trial shift concluded with a small discussion about my experience and was concluded saying they'd get in touch about a job offer.
