Have you worked with difficult people and if so, how have you dealt with it? The difficulty with the interview was that I found out in the middle of it that I was interviewing for a role that I could not do as the employer had changed its requirements. It is always worth clarifying this matter at the start of the interview.
I have participated in a video interview. The lady was friendly and encouraging. She had a good impression about me but then I didn't get any feedback. They probably went for a candidate with more experience.
