Talk about self and past achievements and talk about availability to work hours for job and the chance of me doing overtime and future aspirations. Also, talk about the uniform and holidays and had the chance to ask any questions. Overall, was very simple and straight forward and the interviewer was very friendly and pleasant like she wanted me to get the job.

2 part interview first with HR, and then with hiring manager, questions around industry experience standard. Total process took around 3 weeks including set up time for meetings and confirm offer with company.

Question 1
What is your experience in retail back office and do you know the business model
Relaxed, read from a set question sheet, which only contained about 8 questions. My answers were written in the boxes on the sheet. The process Felt quite unorganised in general as the interviewer wasn’t aware of the process before reading the sheet.

Group interview and team build. Followed by a short 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
The group interview was basically asking generic questions to a group.
Team build was the 5 of us making a bridge out of paper and paper clips. With criteria to follow.
Was very good fun and relaxed.
