I got an email from the night manager at the time and was asked in for an interview. Asked the standard questions and if I could give examples of when I was responsible, or level headed etc etc the worst part for me is the multiple choice questions you get that have to marl up to an amount of pon to anything below is a fail and the job is then gone. Part of the interview was being put I the shop floor in a work placement this can lady up to 4 hours to let you see what the job is like.
