Easy, short chat, asked me all the usual questions. Poor communication and took ages to get back to me. Found out two months later that they wanted me to come for a trial shift. By that point, though, I was already working in Aldi.
Pretty easy interview - had to talk to the division leader and they asked about my team working skills and how I would in certain situations, Then I talked to the store manager.
Lots of questions asking me to give examples of different situations.
Definitely a situation where it would be effective to prepare ideas in advance, such as examples of when you have challenged yourself, delivered great service etc.
