It’s quick and easy. Started after a week of interview and testing. The interviewers are nice too. Good experience for an entry-level job. Happy to do this for my first corporate job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
It is a three interview process. The first is a video submission where is prompts you to answer questions over a webcam. If you make it to the next round, you are interviewed over the phone by a few engineering managers. If you make it to the next round after that, you will be flown to Dallas for panel interviews and you will be told to give a presentation.

I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Richardson, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Two video calls, both focusing more on what kind of person I am rather than technical skills. 2nd interview did go more deeply into my resume, was asked to explain my projects in detail and the challenges/successes I experienced with them.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (College Station, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
They asked me a lot of culture questions and a few technical questions about classes I had taken. The culture questions were a lot of asking about times I had messed up and then fixed it, or projects I had done.
