      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Nov 2018

      Interview

I had initially talked with TI at my university job fair, but they didn't really seem that interested and nothing had really come of it. A friend had given me the emails of two recruiters and I cold emailed them with my resume. They got back to me the same day and set up my first interview that was all behavioral and focused on how I perform as a member of a team. My interviewer really dug into my answers until I had nothing left to say, and I would say that I didn't do that well during this interview. About a week later I received two emails from two different HR to set up interviews. The next two interviews were with section called test technology. The first interview was 1 on 1 and we went over my resume projects and then the interviewer made up some generic scenarios for me to go over so that he could understand my troubleshooting process. The next interview was with a team of three and we started with my resume, then I was asked about my coding skills, and I had one technical question. The last interview was with product test validation, I was asked about filters and op amp configurations and I had to give a 10 minuted presentation. It would be wise to pick a project that you have done so that you know more about it than they do. At the end of each interview I was given time to ask each interview questions and all the interviews were friendly.

      Interview
