Analog/Mixed Signal Design Verification Engineer Interview

      4 Feb 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments in Dec 2018

      Interview

Phone interview with HR: Asked about my experience and regarding the position I applied. Phone interview with the hiring manager: Basic questions about Analog Mixed-Signal Design & Verification, PVT variations, Vth wrt to temperature, my design in my previous company(PLL, LC-VCO design), device physics, etc Onsite: 5 rounds, 2-3 people took the interview in every round. The team was very cool, the interview went fine and they gave me an offer within a week. They gave me what I asked for so didn't have to negotiate. As it was an experienced engineer position, the questions were more closer to my previous work experience.
