      ACCESS Rotational Program Interview

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments

      Interview

I received my initial interview on-campus. They were extremely friendly and high energy. About 2-3 weeks later I was asked to complete a series of behavioral questions using an online portal. About 1-2 weeks later I was invited to fly to headquarters in Dallas, TX for a two day interview session. The first day consisted of a panel/info session, followed by a networking event where I was able to speak with the CFO and many other high level employees, and finally the day wrapped up with a dinner. The second day I had two 30 minute interviews with 3 people in each interview. The candidates were then put into teams to conduct a team activity. We were given arts and crafts material and asked to construct a table, manage a budget, and present our ideas. The rest of the day we got a tour of Dallas and a tour of one of the factories. Questions: Mostly standard behavioral questions with a few technical questions.

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2020

      Interview

It was good. People were nice. Got to the final round, you get to have two sessions of interviews with different people. After, you have a case study which you solve collaboratively with other candidates. The only negative thing I would say is that they could communicate a rejection, specially to those that made it to the final round.
