Interview
The interview process was indeed a peek at how the superb the company is! They give you an initial essay type exam where you answer the usual questions like your strengths, weaknesses, biggest mistakes. After that would be an HR interview. About your resume, your school, family, background.
If you would pass that, you will be interviewed by hiring level managers. I got interviewed by two managers (separately). They would ask "situational" type questions there.
