The first round was a face-to-face interview with the manager at the Shanghai office. The manager was very friendly, the overall experience was perfect. He gave me 5 mins to convince him why he would give me this job.

Total 3 rounds, first round is iPhone screen, then you will have 2 rounds of panel interviews with operation managers and Directors. They don’t do on site interview right now.

The biggest challenge you faced before and how do you solve it

30 mins phone interview with team manager.
Team manager gave a short introduction on himself and introduce what gonna happen in this phone call. Then he asked a few questions. Finally he wrapped up the interview inviting questions from interviewee.
