The Blues Kitchen interview questions

It was very informal. Just a chat really. They mainly just ask you about your experience, your availability, they ask if you are open to other roles, what your favourite music is. You meet some of the team. After that you get invited to a trail shift usually on a Friday or Saturday night. After that you will hear back.

Fairly easy. Asked questions about my past experience working in hospitality and me as a person and why I want to work for the company and think I would be a good fit.
