Interview
They were hiring for holiday help, so I applied online and got a call within a couple of days. I set up an interview over the phone with the store manager for the next day. When I went in for the interview, I spent a few moments browsing the store and its products before the manager took me outside the store to another spot in the mall to conduct the interview. She asked me mostly about my past experience in retail and what my availability was before offering me the seasonal job.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Peterborough, ON)
Interview
They had walk in interviews and I stepped in and got asked a few questions and then brought back my resume later in the day when I had it. They called we a few days later and I got a time for an interview a week later. Than, I show up and it’s the wrong time. They told me they would likely reschedule and then I heard nothing back.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Body Shop
Interview
Group interview in the stockroom. Was asked basic retail questions. Group tasks to demonstrate selling skills ( how you would present a product to a customer). Many of the other people there had never had a job before.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Liverpool, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Informal and friendly, only the store manager completed the interview and asked a series of questions. They asked about my passion for their products and a lot of the questions linked back to this, also asked about customer service and examples of my skills.
