After applying online, a member of their HR team reached out asking to do an initial interview with the hiring manager. The interview was fine and pretty generic, with all the usual conversation and wasn’t too formal. However, I then never heard back - obviously 6 weeks later I can be certain they aren’t progressing the application, however I think not even providing feedback to someone who has done an interview is pretty poor.
