Stage 1. Headhunted by Talent Scout (up to 30 mins introduction call)
Stage2. Interviewed by the Head of Talent (up to 2 hours via Teams)
Stage 3. Interviewed by the Head of Commercial (up to 2 hours via Teams)
Stage 4. Joint Interview by the CCO and the Divisional Director (up to 2 hours by Teams)
Stage 5. Assessments (strict deadlines to complete)
Stage 6. Interviewed by Assessment Coach (up to 2 hours post test results by Zoom)
Stage 7. Interviewed by the CEO in person at their HQ in Swindon [travel expenses from London to Swindon at candidates own cost]
