I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Connor Group in Jan 2021
Interview
I was reached out to on Linkedin by their recruiter. She was all "you are kind of person we are looking for". We had a great conversation and at the end she goes I think you are great and lets move on to the next step. Next is a weird step that I haven't been through before. You have a "quick interview" where they bascially spit a bunch of questions at you and you can only reply with short answers and they can't rephrase the quesiton.
I was reached out to later that day saying I did great in that interview. Then I did a video interview with a women who was partner -- HR person. She was interesting and we seemed to connect. She even called with a follow up question. I thought I would definitely at least get to the next step. She told me I would be getting a call from the recruiter either way.
That was a lie. I got a general "auto" email from their system letting me know that I was not moving on. Companies should communicate in a professional way. I was annoyed when one of their "core values" was PEOPLE. I really enjoyed the company values and felt like I would have really excelled at the position, oh well.

Interview
The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jul 2025
Interview
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.
