The Derby High School interview questions

Put us in a group of 6 candidates, to be shown round the school simultaneously. Had us sit down and "socialise" eating toast, likely to assess our "people skills". Had us do 2 tasks, one hypothetical "what would you do" tasks on paper and another, a spreadsheet mail merge. Afterwards, has us all sit down to be interviewed individually which seemed to be the only correct logical thing done about the interview process. Stress inducing to say the least, could have been over in 5 minutes with one standard interview. Would not recommend!
