Sent in application and followed up with them; and two separate phone interviews where they asked mainly behavioural questions, got to know me, why I wanted to work there, what I brought to the table
First round was with account managers, later on met with more senior members of the company across several accounts. All interviews were in person (pre-COVID) and pleasant conversations, really gave me an idea of the company.
