I have had numerous bad experiences as a candidate working with this recruitment agency over the years. The most recent incident was so unprofessional and unacceptable that I felt compelled to share it. I was ghosted for a Zoom interview that had been set up with one of the owners, Lori Zuker Briller. After waiting for 15 minutes on the Zoom link she had provided, I emailed her to see if she had been stuck in another meeting. Instead of offering any apology, she replied, "Feel free to resend your resume again, however, now my afternoon is quite busy."
