Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn saying they liked my background so I scheduled a phone call with one of the head recruiters. Following that call, I had 3 video interviews with senior leadership members over a span of 2 months. After the first and second interviews, I had to reach out to the recruiter for feedback because they wouldn’t follow up with me. After the final, I once again had to reach out to the recruiter (3 times via email and 1 LinkedIn message) and they proceeded to ghost me. I had a colleague who said their interview experience went the same way. Very unprofessional company, don’t waste your time.

Question 1
Situational questions based on your project experience. (Role, duties, client interaction, etc.) The rest was mostly behavioral.
Case studies, behavioral questions, excel case. They care a lot about cultural fit and that they get along with you. Interview process is pretty quick and recruiters let you know if you pass each round right after interview

Interview
There were 2 round of technical interviews followed by HR discussion about Salary Negotiation. The interviews were avg to difficult level. Interviewer was knowledgeable about his domain and asked multiple scenario based questions.
