in person and questions about experience using the STAR format. interview with DM and HR in store office. Home Depot will let you know in about ten days if you are moving forward to next step.

Phone interview, called and went through the entire interview to be told it was an Asst Manager position, that the Store Manager position was filled. Just be honest from the beginning instead of wasting 30 minutes of my time.
