I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Federal Way, WA) in May 2017
Interview
Took about a week to hear back, mostly everything is automated until your face to face interview. I drove 20 min for 5 min interview. He asked me the same simple questions that all retail chains ask. It's was laid back, but it was really just a waste of gas. Haven't heard anything back.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Austin, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
I applied online, filled out a short questionnaire, and then had an in-person interview. There was very little discussed in the interview, they just mostly asked me about my availability. It was an easy experience.
Help customers in the Aisle that are shopping for specific products for their needs. Using the F.I.R.S.T. method of find, inquire, respect, sell, thank. is process The Home Depot uses to make sales.
