I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Dearborn, MI) in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied in-store and then received an email from retail staffing the same day. I called and a phone interview was conducted and then my store interview was scheduled. I went in for two interviews, but my hours of availability did not work for Garden Recovery (the position I was originally interviewed for). They called me in for one more interview, turns out there was no interview conducted at all, I was offered the job!

Interview
I applied online, filled out a short questionnaire, and then had an in-person interview. There was very little discussed in the interview, they just mostly asked me about my availability. It was an easy experience.
Help customers in the Aisle that are shopping for specific products for their needs. Using the F.I.R.S.T. method of find, inquire, respect, sell, thank. is process The Home Depot uses to make sales.
