I was hired from within the company transferring from a sales associate. I made sure that department supervisor was in my career depot profile. Got called into the office for interview, basic interview questions.

Interview
They asked questions on how you would make said department better and more efficient. They watch you. Always act as a boss. Wont garauantee you the job. I.did a department heads job for a year and tjey gave it to someone who just started and didnt know the system. I had to teach said person my job then he gave me a bad review. Saying i was disrespectful.
