Fairly easy, knowledge with computers is very necessary and prior experience is customer service or sales would be very helpful. The process was very easy, simple and relaxed. Be confident and polite. explain why you are fit for the position and what you can do to be part of their team.

The Department Manager was very casual. Friendly environment. They may look for a more casual look rather than formal dressing. Took about 1 hour to complete. After the interview, the Manager would talk to the HR person at store to finalize.
