Interview
I applied online, received a phone interview a few days later followed by an interview with the specialties assistant manager and a third interview with the store manager. all interviews were informal and very easy. All managers are very nice and friendly.
I interviewed with two individuals (one was training on how to conduct interviews) and while I do not recall specific questions (it was over a year ago) I remember the interview going smoothly. The individuals giving the interview were excited because it was for a new store that was opening up.
EASY. Applied, set interview date and interviewed. Interviewed with store manager for about twenty minutes discussing the normal questions of background, pay, tasks, departments. Enjoyed the fact it didn't feel like a drill in questions and the conversation went smoothly.
