I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Very lengthy, 3 phone screens then an in-person. Got an offer finally after 10 weeks of process which was below the range that i had discussed with the HR person initially. As per the senior HR, there associates didn't do a good job in setting my initial expectations, sounded weird and felt its waste of time.

Mostly revolved around my technical experience, overall it was good.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2012
Interview
Interview process was fast and relatively easy, but almost too much so. They didn't understand what they really needed, and weren't clear on what the role would involve. They were overly anxious to get someone with a particular skill set, but that skill set was really only a small part of what the job required.

Question 1
None ... they didn't know the right questions to ask.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2010
Interview
Need to apply through their portal. Recruiters who are actually contractors will contact you to arrange for time. Be prepared to be interviewed by at least 4 different people at different levels above your grade. Mostly not that difficult if you are technical, there are no tricky questions as the hiring manager is trying to see how well you fit in their department
