Interview
Simply you have to prove that you can do the manual labor and have some understanding of the goods. You are then expected to be able to eventually get a forklift certification
It was a very quick and easy interview, was asked a few behavioral questions and specific quality questions. The manager I interviewed with was very nice and had a lot of good things to say about the store.
