The interview process was very simple. They asked some questions about you and why you would be a good fit for the position. Then they ask about experience. They inform you of key things that have to happen before being hired (background check).

Asked the general questions like “what would you do if a customer was angry” or “what would you do if you had a disagreement with another coworker”.
easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
