My interview process with The Irish Times started with an initial screening call, followed by an invitation to schedule an on-site interview. The interview was conducted in person with a panel of four interviewers.
The process was competency-based, with each interviewer asking technical questions related to different areas of the role. The interview was challenging but well organized, and I had a very positive experience with the entire panel. Everyone was professional, respectful, and engaged throughout the discussion.
After the interview, there was a period of silence from HR, but after a few weeks, I received feedback that I had not been selected for the position.
Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I consider it a positive experience overall
