Round 1: with HR. When they asked my experience and salary expectation Round 2 : with Indian architect Round 3: with the founder and another person. Both from Australia They offered a pathetic salary, much lesser than what i was then currently earning, with a possible raise after 6 months depending on performance. They wasted time with three rounds of interview when they were absolutely clear with my salary expectations from day 1.
