The Landbanking Group interview questions

I submitted an open application and was contacted by a recruiter who mentioned being impressed with my skills. The initial conversation felt more like an informal chat rather than a structured interview. During the discussion, the recruiter stated that I would receive a test as part of the next step in the recruitment process. However, I never received the test. Despite sending follow-up emails, I never received a response. The company completely ghosted me after that initial conversation, which was disappointing and unprofessional.

I had a disappointing experience with the interview process. It felt like the interviewer didn’t care at all—the entire interview lasted less than 10 minutes, and I was only asked two questions: "Tell me about yourself" and "What do you think about the website?". This was frustrating, especially after having to complete two long personality tests just to apply. If there wasn’t interest, why schedule the interview?
