quick and informal chat with the site manager. They ask things like:
“Why do you want to work with us?”
“Are you comfortable working outdoors in all weather?”
“Can you handle busy summer days and queues?”
“Do you have weekend and holiday availability?”
This call is mainly to check you're reliable, friendly, and understand what the job actually involves.
If you pass this, they invite you to the onsite stage.
