Salaried roles require a five-step process to ensure effective leaders are hired at TPC. This process involves interviewing with Human Resources, a consultant, talent insights & PTSI assessments, a Hiring Manager interview, and a final interview with the Co-Founders.
Hourly roles require a three-step process to ensure candidates are RPRS. This process involves interviewing with Human Resources, the Supervisor, and the Department Head.
