Had a phone interview with their HR person after finishing the assessments. I actually liked their questions because they are very specific to the company and feel very informational. However the interview process is a very unpleasant because the connection is very poor, and the interviewer seems to be using a microphone that's far away from him that I can barely hear the interviewer half of the time. We were even cut off the line twice during the call. The interviewer was also talking fast and dominating the conversation that I couldn't find a chance to let him know the problem. I wasn't very surprised to receive the rejection letter soon since I doubt they can get much useful information from an interview like that. There could be some unfit between me and their company culture/work style, but I also had a feeling that they just didn't take this interview seriously.
